What makes this version different?

Yonsei Dairy describes sweet-potato-flavored cream inside, with sweet potato castella on the outside. The yellow color and birthday-cake idea mark the tenth anniversary of Millie's Library, a Korean reading platform. Those are the maker's product descriptions, not our first-hand tasting notes.

A candle-shaped art card is included so the bread can be styled like a small birthday cake. It is a non-food accessory, not an edible decoration or a candle to light.

How to spot it at CU

Look for the white wrapper, blue-purple panel and yellow stars shown in the official photograph to distinguish this edition from other Yonsei cream breads. The English shopping name in this guide may not be printed on the pack. Goguma means sweet potato; saengkeurim-ppang refers to cream bread.
